阿國油把兩海上租借區(qū)15%股份授予埃尼公司
中國石化新聞網訊 據TABNinfo.com網站3月12日阿布扎比報道，阿布扎比國家石油公司（阿國油/ADNOC）日前簽署了兩項具有歷史意義的協(xié)議，把阿布扎比的兩個海上租借區(qū)的部分股份授予了意大利跨國石油和天然氣公司埃尼公司。
阿布扎比王儲兼阿聯(lián)酋武裝部隊副最高指揮官謝赫·穆罕默德·本·扎耶德·納哈揚和意大利政府總理保羅·真蒂洛尼出席了協(xié)議的簽字儀式。
協(xié)議的簽署標志著意大利的一個能源公司有史以來首次獲得阿布扎比油氣部門的特許權。
根據協(xié)議條款，埃尼公司獲得了烏姆謝夫和納斯爾租借區(qū)的10%股份以及下扎庫姆租借區(qū)的5%股份。

Adnoc awards Eni stake in two concessions
The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) has signed two historic agreements awarding Italy's multinational oil and gas company Eni stakes in two of Abu Dhabi's offshore concession areas.
The signing was witnessed by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Paolo Gentiloni, Prime Minister of Italy.
The awards mark the first time an Italian energy company has been given concession rights in Abu Dhabi's oil and gas sector.
Under the terms of the agreements, Eni has been awarded a 10 per cent interest in the Umm Shaif and Nasr concession and a 5 per cent interest in the Lower Zakum concession.
